Your Inner Child & the Power of your Smile.
I’ve tried to write this post a couple of times and become stuck.
I wanted to be really clear in what I was saying, especially at this time when what we do seems to echo out in the ether more than ever.
We are not islands you see but more a kaleidoscope of dancing pieces of the same puzzle. As we move, speak, and interact we are creating together, linking together and dreaming together.
And there is a choice…
To focus on where the pieces of the puzzle bump into each other and collide…
Or focus on the movement of the dance in between.
And get GROOVY 🤩

It’s difficult sometimes as adults to sit in awe and wonder - especially when there is a push to appear knowledgeable, in control & together.
Awe, wonder, childlike enthusiasm and innocence light up the brain, body and soul like a lightbulb and this shines out into the world through your smile 🙂
Like a signal, an invite and an accolade to the real things in life, it brings you more of you.
A child has not forgotten the beauty in themselves, this is why they smile with such awe and wonder.
For they have not forgotten that it is the beauty in them that is reflected back to them by the world
This is why they don’t need to remember - because they haven’t forgotten.
If, like me, you do forget from time to time to FEEL the beauty in you - just remember there is a child in you who hasn’t forgotten!

So where to start?
Here’s an extract from a post session support exercise I gave a client this week that might be useful:
“A beauty to behold - your smile - when it got going and you were in the flow the expansion was very optimistic. Many things make a smile, a depth that comes from acceptance of many different aspects of our own inner history. So huge is a soul, so much experience, wisdom and trust.
Smile from this place, catch yourself doing it, remember the feelings from the session.
Smile into the feeling and feel your cells soak it up. Every time you smile the world smiles with you.

I’m not going to pretend this stuff is easy, that I know what your childhood was like or that I know the right route for your healing.
I offer these things so we can all smile together here on this Earth…and find our own path into fulfilment…
Hopefully smiling with our inner child along the way 🌈
