As this work takes place on a multi-dimensional level - i.e within the quantum field, there is no difference between receiving a session in person or from a distance.

The time after your session is precious. We advise you to create as much space for yourself both mentally, physically & emotionally as is practically possible.
Following your session it is extremely important you give yourself time and space to be in your own energy. No racing back to work or popping the kids to bed.
