As this work takes place on a multi-dimensional level - i.e within the quantum field, there is no difference between receiving a session in person or from a distance.

Both online and in-person we guide you to feel your body, to embody the change and to seek connection with the larger part of you.

The time after your session is precious. We advise you to create as much space for yourself both mentally, physically & emotionally as is practically possible.
Following your session it is extremely important you give yourself time and space to be in your own energy. No racing back to work or popping the kids to bed. We understand this isn’t always possible but we have seen the benefits time and time again in those we work with or really committing to making your growth a priority.
Sometimes that growth comes from the space to reflect, absorb and allow the alignment to naturally unfold without outside disturbance.
