Yes. 100%. All techniques are low impact - meaning they can be down with minimal effort, stress & strain to the body. They are all very gentle and compliment other therapies you may be receiving.

Make it work for you - try not to be to strict on yourself, but commit to daily practice initially.. Start at a time of day that is not stressful for you - but you’re not so relaxed you cannot focus. All the lessons and exercises can be adapted to work around your life & commitments.
