What is Energy Healing?

Which cake would you rather eat?
Each cake is exactly the same to look at - yet one was cooked by a happy baker who was completely in their jolly flow, the other - was not so happy, hating it in fact and bitter to be baking at all.
We all know the “realness” of that extra little sparkle in life that really makes us feel the magic.
We all also know the other side of the coin - the place where the magic feels just a step away and the world, for one reason or another - just has less colour.
Oliver & Rebecca have been using Usui & Angelic Reiki for nearly 20 years between them and have learnt much about themselves and other healing modalities along the way.
Just like above - they are able to meet you from a deep peaceful presence that reminds you of that same deep mindful presence in yourself and restores in you a confidence and safety that will never leave you.
You will go deep, and always be able to remember the bright light of your soul as a guide home.
There really is no substitute teacher, no guru or healer that can replace the deep connection and healing that comes from the union of you and your soul. Every healing is different and is a space from which you can reconnect to the deep warming smile that your soul is always shining to you.
Along with your soul there is also the connection between you and your team in spirit, the helping unseen hands that smile with warmth and offer their healing expertise in a variety of different ways.
Karmic cords and blocks, soul retrieval and chakra balancing all happen as part of the process and although important really are a background as the focus is always on the “felt” experience. Healing can become a concept and it is so much more powerful when it is real, when we can walk and breathe with it, when we can feel it in our bones.
Ailments start out relatively light in the auric body and it is said they work their way down - becoming denser as they do - until they end up in the physical body. Anxiety, depression & fatigue are all reflections of energetic blockage and a whole body approach is always recommended.
Yet some things exist through time & space and in a relaxed and timeless presence we can let go of feelings/habits/behaviours that have persisted for a lifetime.
