Stand in your POWER.

When people used to say this to me It made part of me cringe!!

Its that part that's a little afraid to get up on the dance floor...that part that's a little afraid to sing in front of others...that part of us that gets a lump in our throat instead of saying what we actually mean...

Because I think for a while I confused the whole thing...

When I realised that standing in your own power means nothing more and nothing less than standing in your own truth it became a whole lot easier!

Ya see...

Accepting ourselves, warts n all, means we also get to accept our beauty and choose to focus on nourishing that.

It truly is the reward that keeps on giving as we notice more beauty in ourselves and then all of a sudden, like someone has left the tap on, all this beauty in our world around us just comes flooding in!!!

Me and Bex LOVE it 😍 when in a treatment/group/course/workshop we begin to notice that lightbulb 💡 moment happen for someone...

.....like walking out to centre stage in a west end musical....they have found and come home to the simplicity of Love within them, and the spotlight really does shine on them!
